About Us
Eco Vidal Design, Inc. (EVD) is a Chicago-based company specializing in architectural interior design, urban planning, construction management, sustainability services, and community engagement. EVD is a certified MDE|DBE|WBE business dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable design solutions for clients in the Chicago area and beyond.
EVD excels at providing leadership with interior architecture, urban design, planning, and construction management with focus on sustainability focus and community engagement.
EVD starts the project discussing the program as part of the team. Initial phases include zoning and survey details with the client and to prepare the pre-design. Once the program, density and pre-design are ready, the next step is to discuss the project with the government municipality and the community to provide the preliminary urban design. After the team reaches consensus, EVD proceeds with the final site plan in collaboration with the owner, architect of record and other team members. Then EVD is able to present the plan to the appropriate authorities for zoning or plan commission approval.
